Wild and Free Animal Collection
As I painted this colorful collection, my desire was to showcase the magnificence of God’s design with the untamed wildlife around the world through vivid colors that declare God’s glorious Presence in all He has created.
I also wanted my colors to declare that everything in all of creation will be restored back beyond what we can see normally, thus I added colors and vivid hues to awaken our understanding of what will be happening in the future.
“The created world itself can hardly wait for what’s coming next. Everything in creation is being more or less held back. God reins it in until both creation and all the creatures are ready and can be released at the same moment into the glorious times ahead. Each of my paintings created in worship reflects a certain characteristic from that animal that we can meditate on in our spiritual and personal journey, so I have attached scripture and meaning to each one.
I have always been fascinated by the way God has designed each animal to reflect His glory, which connects us to the wildness of God’s heart and how we are tied to release all of creation and ourselves in to knowing the fullness of His nature as Creator God.
